The afternoon session provides detailed review of the Measurement-Based Care standards, identification of accepted assessment tools, tool definition, policy updates, sample integration of the MBC process with the treatment plan, treatment plan review activities, aggregating data and information on billing/reimbursement for MBC reviews for Medicare patients.  Attendees should be able to leave the training and have everything necessary to implement the process and to be fully compliant with the Joint Commission standard.
